Coffee Lovers Blog Hop and PTI

I created two cards this weekend using a panel that I had created last month using distress oxide inks.

The first card I made is for the 2017 Summer Coffee Lovers Blog Hop:

I created the background using the same distress oxide inks (stamps by Whimsy Stamps, Coffee Break). I mounted my background panel onto dark kraft cardstock and popped up my sentiment panel using foam dots. The sentiment was stamped in Versafine sepia and heat embossed using clear embossing powder.

I'm also linking up this card at:
SSS Wednesday -  Use patterned paper (I created my own PP)
Whimsy Stamps - 96 Anything goes (optional: lace)

My second card is for last week's Make it Monday at the Papertrey Ink blog.

The butterfly stamp and coordinating die are by PTI (Butterfly hope) and the sentiment is by Hero Arts (Everyday Sayings). I adhered everything to a cardbase of hammered cardstock (Crafter's Companion), which I cut to 4 by 5 inches.
