First up, I have this tree from an old Technique Tuesday set that I stamped repeatedly (thanks to the MISTI) onto an ink-smooshed panel from my UFO box using Black Jack ink (CP Designs). This is a dark grey ink, which gives a softer look than stark black. I also used this to stamp the sentiment. Next, I stamped several baubles from the same set in a bright pink (Party Dress, CP). I adhered my panel flat to my card base and finished off with some twine.

As always, the first JB challenge in October is
all about pink holiday cards.
And for every card that is being linked up
this fortnight, the lovely Jingle Belles,
Lauren and Stephanie, will each be donating
2 dollars to the US Breast Cancer Research Foundation

For my second card, I blended Worn lipstick DI around the edges and die cut a wreath using my new Classic wreath dies (Sara Signature/Crafter's Companion). Before adhering my wreath, I heat embossed my sentiment (Right at Home) in Liquid platinum embossing powder.

Ik kijk even op je blog en de ene mooie rose kaart na de ander komt voorbij. Mooi gedaan Marianne. Wat is het een mooie kleur om mee te werken. Mooi idee ook van het team van Jingle Bells. Dikke kus Ineke☀️
ReplyDeletePink and gray - here you go again! You really got the Jingle Belles' fundraiser to jingle! These cards are both lovely.
