Rainbow hearts - take 2

For this card, I used the rainbow outline die cut that I was left with after creating my previous card.
I stacked it onto 2 black die cuts and added it sideways next to my stamped sentiment (Like your style, SSS). I added some black and white striped washi sheet (Lifestyle Crafts) onto my card base before glueing down my panel, and rounded the top right corner.
