Summer card

Although I love making Christmas cards, I cannot deny it's high summer over here. The cicadas have all emerged, making their loud chirping noises. They really seem to like it when temperatures are over 30 °C.

So I think it's a good idea to be showing some flower cards.


The papers, die cut and sentiment are Marianne Design, the image is Penny Black and the flowers, brad and flower ribbon are from my stash. The image was coloured with Derwent Coloursoft pencils.

    I love all the colours you have chosen for your card, they work so well together. Your pretty image works so well with the die cut shape and you have coloured it beautifully.
