Starting afresh - 1st Christmas card for 2020

I felt like creating a new card for a couple of challenges, so here's my first Christmas card for 2020.

I stamped the branch and sentiment from the (huge) Pinkfresh Studio stamp set that I received with a copy of Creative Stamping magazine a few months ago and did a little ink blending using It's a boy (CP ink) and one of my brand-new blending brushes (Taylored Expressions). Next, I coloured in the leaves and berries using Polychromos pencils before trimming my panel to size and mounting it onto my A2 card base.

I'm playing at:

Pinkfresh Studio - All things holidays

Double Trouble - #46 Something, Anything, Everything
Thing 1: Anything
Thing 2: New blending brushes
Thing 3: Cupcake Inspirations challenge

Cupcake Inspirations - CIC485 Holidays

CASology - #358 Branch

CHNC - #470 Anything Christmas goes

Another triangle Christmas card

I have one more card to share.

I used one of my new stencils by Create a Smile and Sparkle Medium (Golden Delicious, Imaginations Crafts) to create a flurry of snowflakes onto an ink-blended, masked-off area. The sentiment (Winnie and Walter) was stamped in Black Jack ink (CP Designs).

The design was based on this fortnight's sketch at LIM, but sadly the linky closed while I was uploading my entry.

SSS Wednesday - Traditional Christmas

HLS CAS - Frozen

STAMPlorations Stencil - Anything goes with a stencil

Time Out - #150 Merry and cheerful

Triangle tree 2

Here's the second card I created for the sketch at LIM.

Like before, I masked off a triangle and then stamped one of my new Uniko block stamps. I heat embossed it in silver and then did some ink blending using different greens (CP designs).

I'm playing at:

Uniko - #56 Christmas

I love math - #15 Christmas/Winter
I used a triangle, lines and circles as my math elements

Triangle tree 1

I managed to create a few cards today that were based on the current sketch at Less is More.

For my first card, I masked off an area on my panel and then stamped the Bacground Blocks Graffiti by Uniko in Eucalyptus ink (CP Designs). To finish off my card, I heat embossed a sentiment and start in Antique Gold embossing powder (SSS).
