I tried to go super CAS for this one, while making sure to follow the rule of thirds and hitting the sweet spot. Although the card only has a few elements, I used stamps from 3 different MFT stamp sets to create it:
- flowers - Sow much cuteness
- vase/bottle - Sushi date
- sentiment - Fresh squeezed
I used my MISTI to line up my bottles and flowers and then did some simple colouring using my Prismacolors. The sentiment was white heat embossed onto a snippet of black cardstock and foam mounted onto my panel, which in turn was foam mounted to my A2 card base.
The layout was inspired by the sketch below from the MFT Wednesday Sketch challenge.
I'm also linking up my card at:
ATSM - #309 CAS
CAS on Friday - #141 Flowers
SSS Wednesday - Pop it up
Super superb CAS card, Marianne! Good luck with your challenge entries. And, super good luck with MFT Superstar contest. You are a Superstar in my eyes.

So sweet! Thank you for sharing it with us at Addicted to Stamps and More!
ReplyDeleteThis card has such a lovely feel. It is clean and crisp but still has a soft peaceful feeling. The wee pots of flowers are so pretty and so glad you chose to use them in a set of three.
ReplyDeleteSo "little", yet utterly captivating! Fantastic card.
ReplyDeleteCheers, Barbara
It is a very pretty card, Marianne. I love the simplicity of the row of vases.
